In short

SiloWeb publishes its prices. Catalogue agents cost CHF 890 to 1190 to install, paid once, then CHF 140 to 190 per month. A custom agent starts at CHF 2190 and CHF 290 per month, with a firm quote issued after scoping.

The monthly fee is all-inclusive: AI consumption, Swiss hosting and backups, fixes when a third-party API changes, security updates, monitoring with an execution log, and adjustments to the agent’s rules. There is no per-use billing.

What every agent has in common

Each one is scoped in writing before anything is built, tested on your real data rather than on samples, and run in for two weeks with corrections included. Each one produces a draft rather than an irreversible action by default — a pending accounting entry, an unsent email, a sorted pile — so a human sees the work before it leaves the company. Each one is monitored, with an execution log you can read.

What none of them does

No agent moves money out of an account. No agent replies to a complaint on its own. No agent rejects a job application by itself. No agent receives more permissions than its task requires, and every credential stays in your own accounts, revocable in one click.

Choosing the first one

The best first agent is rarely the most impressive one. It is the task that is frequent, mechanical, describable in a page of rules, fed by accessible data, and naturally reviewed by a human. In practice that is almost always supplier-invoice entry or inbox triage — the work nobody mentions in meetings because nobody is proud of it.

Frequently asked questions

01 Are the prices really fixed?

Yes for catalogue agents: the setup fee and the monthly rate are the ones published here, in Swiss francs excluding VAT. Custom agents show a floor price that becomes a firm figure in the written quote issued after scoping.

02 Can I install several agents?

Yes. Shared scoping is not billed twice, which lowers the setup cost of the second agent when it runs on the same infrastructure. Monthly fees do add up, because each agent consumes and must be monitored separately.

03 Do I need to change my software?

No — that is the point. Agents connect to what you already use: Bexio, Winbiz, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, LinkedIn. Any other platform works as soon as it exposes an API.

04 What if the agent breaks?

Every run is logged and monitored; an anomaly is reported automatically and the repair is covered by the monthly fee with no intermediate quote. You do not have to notice the failure for it to be handled.
