A one-person agency, and why that is the offer
You talk to the person who builds the agent, connects it to your tools and repairs it when a supplier changes an API on a Tuesday evening.
SiloWeb is Boris Mironov, a Swiss-trained IT technician based in Val-d’Illiez, in the canton of Valais. He scopes, builds, installs and maintains each agent personally, for small and mid-sized companies across French-speaking Switzerland.
There is no sales layer between the problem and the person who automates it, and no six-month project: two to three weeks from scoping to production for a catalogue agent.
The origin of the idea
The agents came out of watching teams redo the same actions every day: copying an address from an email into a CRM, retyping an amount from a PDF, sorting applications by hand. None of it requires intelligence — only time. That is exactly what a machine does well: the mechanical part of the work, at any hour, without tiring.
What a very small structure changes
Two things, honestly stated. In your favour: the person who hears your problem is the person who writes the rules, and nothing is lost in translation between a salesperson and a developer. Against: there is one person, so the guarantees have to be structural rather than contractual promises.
Those guarantees are three. The workflow, its configuration and its history are your property and exportable on request. Credentials for your tools stay in your own accounts. The infrastructure is standard — n8n hosted with Infomaniak — and can be taken over by any competent integrator. You are not locked in.
Coverage
All of French-speaking Switzerland: Valais, Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura and the Bernese Jura. Meetings by video call, remote deployment, and on-site visits when a process deserves to be seen in person. Lausanne is about an hour away, Geneva an hour and a half, Monthey fifteen minutes.
What will be said before you are billed
When a process is too rare, too dependent on judgement or wired into a completely closed system, you are told at the first call — no quote, no fee. A scoping conversation that ends in “this is not worth automating” is a successful one.

01 Who exactly builds the agent?
Boris Mironov, founder of SiloWeb, holder of a Swiss federal IT certificate (CFC). He runs the scoping, writes the rules, connects the tools and handles maintenance himself.
02 What happens if you are unavailable?
The workflow, its configuration and its execution history are yours and exportable at any time; the infrastructure is standard n8n hosted in Switzerland and can be taken over by another integrator. That is written into the contract.
03 Do you serve companies outside French-speaking Switzerland?
The agents work in German and English, but the accompaniment — scoping, documentation, maintenance — is delivered in French, and the service area is Romandy. A Romandy company with German-speaking or international clients is squarely within scope.
04 Can we meet before committing?
Yes. The first twenty-minute call is free and carries no obligation. In the Chablais region it often happens in person; elsewhere it is a video call.
