In short

SiloWeb is a one-person agency based in Val-d’Illiez, Valais, serving small and mid-sized companies across French-speaking Switzerland. It installs ready-to-run AI agents for six common tasks — B2B prospecting, inbox triage, content repurposing, supplier-invoice entry, CV screening and scheduled publishing — plus custom agents for processes that exist only in your company.

Pricing is public: CHF 890 to 1190 to install a catalogue agent, paid once, then CHF 140 to 190 per month covering AI usage, Swiss hosting, backups, API fixes and monitoring. Custom agents start at CHF 2190 and CHF 290 per month. Agents work in French, German and English.

What an agent actually does

An agent is not a chatbot and it does not replace anyone. It repeats, reliably and at any hour, the mechanical part of a job a person is currently doing by hand: copying an address from an email into a CRM, retyping an amount from a PDF invoice, sorting a hundred applications against a job profile. The judgement — the negotiation, the client relationship, the decision — stays with your team.

The six catalogue agents

  • Lead generation. Finds prospects matching your criteria on LinkedIn and public web sources, verifies contact details, and creates the record in your CRM without duplicates.
  • Inbox and support. Sorts incoming mail by topic and drafts a reply in your own tone. Nothing is sent without your approval by default.
  • Content repurposing. Turns one article into five distinct posts, each written for its own channel.
  • Invoice entry. Reads supplier PDFs, extracts supplier, number, due date, net amount and VAT, and pushes the entry into Bexio or Winbiz. Anything that does not add up is held for review rather than guessed.
  • CV screening. Reads every application, scores it against your written criteria and sorts it into three piles with the reason for each score. Age, gender, nationality and photo are never evaluated.
  • Scheduled publishing. Follows your editorial calendar, writes each post, adapts it per network and publishes on time — or waits for your green light.

Why Swiss hosting matters here

Agents and their working data run on infrastructure located in Switzerland, operated by Infomaniak. Every installation ships with a written annex: which data the agent touches, where it goes, how long it is kept and who can read it. Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection your company remains the controller even when a provider executes the processing — so that annex is not a formality, it is what makes the agent defensible when someone asks.

How a project runs

  1. You describe the task. A twenty-minute call establishes whether it is worth automating at all — and you are told plainly when it is not.
  2. A written scoping document sets out the triggers, the rules, the exceptions, the systems touched and the permissions required.
  3. You receive a firm written quote: setup fee, monthly rate, timeline.
  4. The agent is built and tested on your real cases, not on invented examples.
  5. Two weeks of running-in, during which corrections are included. Then monthly maintenance takes over.

What you own at the end

The workflow, its configuration and its execution history are your property, exported on request. Credentials for your own tools stay in your accounts, revocable in one click. Cancelling the monthly plan takes one month’s notice and costs nothing extra — the agent still exists and still belongs to you; only the monitoring stops.

Frequently asked questions

01 Do you work in English?

Yes. The agents read and write in French, German and English on a single installation, replying in the language of the incoming message. Written communication and contracts can be handled in English; the day-to-day working language of the agency is French.

02 Where is my data processed?

The agent and its working data are hosted in Switzerland with Infomaniak. Where a language model is involved, the scoping document states explicitly what leaves the infrastructure and lets you restrict or exclude it for sensitive categories.

03 How long until an agent is live?

Two to three weeks for a catalogue agent, four to eight for a custom one. The limiting factor is scoping, which needs a few hours of your time — the one part that cannot be accelerated without degrading the result.

04 Is there a minimum contract?

No. The monthly plan is cancellable with one month’s notice and no exit fee. The setup fee is paid once and is not refundable, which is why the first call is used to say honestly when a task is not worth automating.
